Can I use my own domain?

Yes. That's the whole point. You will need to update your DNS records to point to our servers.

What email protocols do you support?

How many emails can I store with 5GB?

5GB holds roughly 100,000 plain text emails. Way more than most people will ever use.

Does each mailbox get 5GB of storage?

No. The 5GB storage limit is shared across all your mailboxes. You can create as many mailboxes as you like. They all use the same shared storage pool.

Is catch-all email supported?

Yes. Catch-all is included for all domains.

Can I create aliases or forwarders?

Yes. Aliases and forwarding are fully supported.

Can I migrate my existing email from another provider?

Yes.

What is the maximum attachment size?

50MB total message size. Attachments are encoded before sending, so the actual file size must be slightly smaller.

Are there sending limits?

Yes. Accounts can send up to 400 emails per hour, which is enough for most personal and small business use cases.

Can I send marketing, bulk, or newsletter emails?

No. Marketing, bulk sending, cold outreach, or spam of any kind is not allowed. Accounts used for this purpose will be suspended or terminated without refund.

What can I send?

Personal email, business correspondence, and transactional emails such as order confirmations, password resets, and notifications.

What happens if someone reports my emails as spam?

We review all abuse complaints. If we determine that you sent spam or violated our policies, we may suspend sending privileges or terminate the account.
